1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kgo99 platform ("Platform", "Site") and all associated services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Make sure to sign out of your account after logging in on a public or shared device.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

kgo99 is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from a user's own negligence.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kgo99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No methods outside this list are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per method and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals on kgo99 are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified payment accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• kgo99 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal if required.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held or cancelled if fraud is suspected.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on kgo99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 25x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is applicable once only.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in account cancellation.
• kgo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Restrictions on certain games may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• No bonus may be converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

kgo99 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and events. These limits will be displayed in the relevant game or betting market. kgo99 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Finality of Results

Once the result of a game or bet has been finalized, it cannot be changed. If a result is found to be incorrect due to a technical error, kgo99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are governed by specific rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been accepted, the bet will be settled in accordance with kgo99's applicable sports betting rules. It is the user's responsibility to read all applicable terms before placing a bet.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, device issues, or other technical reasons, kgo99 will make a decision based on system logs. In such situations, kgo99's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kgo99 platform:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Hacking, manipulating, or using bots on the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other users.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Any illegal activity directed against or related to kgo99.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, kgo99 will immediately close the relevant account, hold all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by kgo99

kgo99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended account inactivity.
• To meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended to fulfil all outstanding wagering requirements and complete any withdrawals before closing the account.

9 Responsible Gaming

kgo99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming should be done for entertainment purposes — not as a way to solve financial problems.

We provide the platform on an "as is" basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. However, we always strive to ensure the best possible quality of service.

13 Changes to Terms

kgo99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between kgo99 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve the matter amicably by contacting our support team.

In case of any dispute, kgo99's system logs and records will be considered as the final evidence. If a user believes that an error has occurred in the result of any game or bet, the complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the completion of the relevant round.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, there is an option to escalate the matter to senior management.
